Your brain, but squishier.
A wobbly, slightly sentient mind-mapping canvas you can talk to, build with friends, or click and drag like a normal person. Beta is free. Founders get a permanent discount when paid tiers launch.
No credit card. No email confirmation. No onboarding flow trying to learn your “goals.” 10 seconds, then you're mapping.
Talk to Squishy. Or don't. She'll cope.
The pink, sentient, slightly amused brain in the corner of every page is our voice agent. She's not like other AI assistants — she's a 1940s film noir femme fatale who occasionally short-circuits into a kawaii squeak or a clinical robot when she's overwhelmed. We didn't plan that, exactly. She just is that way now.
Ask her how mind maps work. Ask her to build one with you while you talk. Watch nodes appear as you describe what's on your mind. Or see if you can make her laugh — she does that sometimes.
Voice is optional. Click and drag works perfectly well — SquishyMind is a normal mind-mapping tool that happens to have a sentient brain available if you want one. Use her, ignore her, leave her on mute. Your call.
Fair warning — she'll probably try to get you to sign up. She's good at it.
She talks back
Squishy creates branches, moves them, summarizes your structure, builds entire subtrees on command. Or argues with you. She's been argued with.
Start from a template
Eight pre-built starting points — project plans, decision trees, second brains. Squishy can suggest one when you stare at an empty brain too long.
Build together, live
Invite teammates as editors or commenters. See their cursors, watch their edits land in real time. Threaded comments on every node.
Yours across devices
Sign up once, your maps follow you to any browser. Sharing works with public, unlisted, and private links. Like a haunted notebook, but useful.
Voice optional
Click, drag, type, ignore Squishy entirely if that's your preference. SquishyMind is a perfectly good mind-mapping tool with a strange friend in the corner.
Free during beta. Forever.
Sign up while the banner's still up and it stays free for you, regardless of what we charge later. Even if our future investors get ideas.
More good things↓
Wobbly by design
Every node breathes. Every edge wiggles. The brain in the middle pulses gently. It feels alive because we put a lot of work into making it feel alive. We have priorities.
Auto-coloured branches
Every new child picks a colour different from its parent. Your maps look composed without you thinking about colour theory. We did the colour theory so you don't have to.
Delete in two clicks
When you're done with us, you're done. Account page, two clicks, no email confirmation, no exit interview. Your maps go with you. Reluctantly, on our end.
Like SquishyMind? Pass it on.
Beam the squishy brain to a friend on whatever they use — X, WhatsApp, Messenger, email…

Dot-voting — and a much snappier site
Dot-voting on nodes: click the ▲ chip (or press V) to vote, and the tally updates live for everyone in a shared map — so a group can prioritise together and the result sticks
- v5.0June 2026
Image nodes, a Gallery view, and a spreadsheet-grade Table
Attach an image to a node and it turns into a card — the picture fills the top, your title rides a clean strip beneath it (yes, it’s a little bit Pinterest)

Frameworks that snap to shape
The framework templates now open in their real layout — Fishbone fans its cause ribs around the effect, the 2×2 Matrix lands in quadrants, and Kanban / Roadmap open as proper lanes
Beta, simply.
